Weekend

Now that the foundation is good, Josh is off and running and was able to put a full weekend in over at the house.

The basement stairs needed to be rebuilt seeing as half of them were missing so he spent all day yesterday doing that. Today was patching the roof where the chimney was removed and more plumbing. He recently had to jump off the roof though as it is dark out now and I don't think it is a good idea to use a roofing nailer in the dark!! He will have to finish up in the morning before the rain comes at noon. Luckily he was able to jump inside and work on the plumbing. The water coming into the house will now be converted to PVC and the rest of the plumbing will be ready for the tearout.

The most amazing thing is that the house is starting to smell like lumber and concrete, the stench is disappearing everyday. We hope to have the inspector out this week so we can get our dumpster and gut the place, WE CAN'T WAIT!!

I will post pictures when I can, right now I am having some difficulties with technology. Go figure, I am not so good at all this stuff.
